A family is more than the people within it — it is a web of relationships, where each person’s wellbeing shapes, and is shaped by, everyone else’s. When one member is struggling, the whole family often feels it. And when difficult patterns take hold, they can be hard to shift from the inside alone.
Family sessions offer a space to slow down together. Rather than locating the difficulty in one child or one relationship, we look at the wider picture: how you communicate, how stress moves through the household, the roles each person has come to hold, and what may be sitting underneath. Often, a shift in understanding is enough to ease tension that has been building for a long time.
